I spent the last 30 years studying how to acknowledge and unleash the tremendous power we have as human beings: on the phisycal, the mental, the emotional and the spiritual levels.
When people get in touch with their Identity and Passion, they use much better their resources and are able to enjoy all life’s areas in a much more intense and productive way.
I devote special attention to developing Leadership, both on a personal and interpersonal level.
With a focus on capturing the Best of what surrounds me, I also look for excellence in my personal training that can contribute to my development and success.
I am a Coach Trainer for one of the most prestigious and oldest Coaching organizations in the world, Success Unlimited Network® (SUN - www.successunlimitednet.com), to train new Coaches who want to pursue this profession by offering a high standard service. I follow closely in contact with Teri-E Belf, founder and director of the program as well as the first Master Coach in the world certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and I partner with her to spread in the world the philosophy of this unique accredited Coaching Training and Certification Program.

I obtained the credentials of PCC (Professional Certified Coach) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF - www.coachingfederation.org) of which I am a member in the Washington DC and Italian chapters, to offer an accredited service in compliance with the Code of Ethics and the Competencies required by the federation, which is the worldwide reference for those who want to contact a Professional Coach.

I am a member of the Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO - www.actoonline.org), the association of organizations that train aspiring coaches and have come together to define the quality, ethical and competency standards that those involved in Coach Training must ensure.

I am an international trainer of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Neuro Linguistic Programming) which I have been studying and practicing for over 20 years. I trained in the United States directly with its co-creator Dr. Richard Bandler, who has qualified me to provide certified training with the quality, ethics and deontology wanted by the person who created it, who personally and through the Society of NLP™ (www.society-of-nlp.net), certifies the training I provide.

I created an innovative methodology for the development of Leadership that I called "Ride your Life", it is deeply connected with our nature as human beings which makes it particularly effective. It uses dynamics that include interaction with horses and allows people to develop mastery, security and control, to "take the reins" of their lives as well as their professional activities. It is successfully applied in 3 Continents.
